TIMING: "The Great Kiwi Adventure" Sweepstakes (the "Promotion" or the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:01AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on May 17, 2010 and ends at 11:59PM PST on October 31, 2010 (the "Promotion Period"). The Sponsor's computer is the official time keeping device for the Promotion.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. If the winner is minor in his/her state of residence at the time of entry, winner's parent/legal guardian will be required to accept the prize on behalf of their child. Employees of Traina Public Relations (the "Sponsor"), New Zealand Kiwi Holdings, Inc., their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising & promotion agencies, as well as any other entity, or individual, directly associated with the Promotion, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and/or household members of these entities, are not eligible to participate.

HOW TO ENTER: Visit www.thegreatkiwiadventure.com, follow the links to the Sweepstakes entry page, complete the online entry form in its entirety and submit. In case of dispute, an entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification. Sponsor and its advertising/promotional agencies are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected or stolen entries or transmissions, or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Limit: one (1) entry per person, per email address during the Promotion Period.

GRAND PRIZE: There is one (1) Grand Prize of a trip for four (4) to New Zealand.

Prize includes:

• Four (4) roundtrip economy class tickets from San Francisco (SFO) or Los Angeles (LAX) to Auckland, New Zealand with Air New Zealand.
• Domestic flights and ground transportation between Auckland and Tauranga, Bay of Plenty.
• Ground transportation to/from airport in Tauranga.
• Seven nights' accommodations in Tauranga.
• On-the-ground activities TBA

Winner and guests are responsible for travel to/from LAX or SFO airport, as well as any paperwork or other requirements. Winner and guests must travel on the same itinerary for all portions of the Grand Prize trip. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. The winner and their companions are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including visas and passports. All expenses and costs not expressly listed above including, but not limited to, insurance, food and beverages, ground transportation, telephone calls, in-room services, souvenirs, gratuities, and all taxes, are solely the winner's responsibility. All reservations for the winner will be made through ZESPRI. No substitution or transfer of the Grand Prize is permitted, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that Prize is unavailable. There is no cash substitute for the Prize. Federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner.

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is: $10,000.

DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: Grand Prize winner will be determined in a random drawing from all eligible entries received to be held on or about November 15, 2010 by US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Co., an Independent Sweepstakes Administrator whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. Winner of the Sweepstakes will be notified by phone, email or mail. Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability and Publicity Release, (collectively, the "Releases"). Releases must be returned within seven (7) days of notification date, or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. The winner's guests will also be required to sign a liability/publicity release prior to the booking of any component of the Grand Prize trip.

LIMITATION AGAINST LIABILITY: Winner agrees that Sponsor may use their name, photo/likeness and voice for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation. Sponsor, its promotional and advertising agencies, and all respective officers directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability and shall be held harmless by winner for any damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney's fees. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend part or all of this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond their reasonable control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor may award the Grand Prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation or suspension. Sponsor and its promotion and advertising agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by the Sponsor, users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user's system or limit a participant's ability to participate in the promotion. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor's representatives. All federal, provincial, and local laws, rules, and regulations apply.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS

1. All travel plans for winner and any travel companion(s) must be made at one (1) time through ZESPRI, and no later 60 than days in advance of travel. Winner and any travel companion(s) must travel together on the same itinerary.
2. Travel dates must be completed by November 30, 2011, one year after the close of the Contest. Travel dates cannot fall within the blackout period from December 15, 2010 to January 15, 2011. Travel dates are subject to availability.
3. If the winner is unable to travel by date indicated, prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. Winners will be solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein that are incurred by winner or any travel companion(s), including, without limitation, spending money, transportation costs in New Zealand, car hire, meals, beverages; gratuities, entertainment, souvenirs, travel insurance, medical insurance; rental car insurance, and any other incidentals.
4. Unless otherwise designated, all air travel will be provided by Air New Zealand and is subject to Air New Zealand's Conditions of Carriage. Prizes, reservations, and airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-changeable once issued, and may not be used in conjunction with any other competition or offer. If lost, they will not be replaced. Credit for previous purchases is not permitted. Frequent flier mileage cannot be accrued.
5. Winner and travel companions are solely responsible for arranging transport to and from Los Angeles or San Francisco. Neither ZESPRI nor Air New Zealand will be responsible for any transport or other costs incurred by the winner and travel companions in reaching Los Angeles or San Francisco for travel under the prize.
6. Winner and travel companions are solely responsible for obtaining their own travel documents such as passport or travel visa in advance of the departure date. ZESPRI is not responsible in the event winner and/or travel companion are refused entry to destination country or re-entry to the United States for whatever reason and any unused portion of the prize will be forfeit.
7. Once reserved, travel dates or departure city cannot be changed, and the winner or any travel companion who cannot travel on the reserved dates for any reason whatsoever will forfeit his or her prize in its entirety. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be substituted, assigned, sold, upgraded or transferred by the winner.

All tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. In addition, winner and travel companion(s) are responsible for any federal, State, and local tax consequences and for compliance with all governmental reporting and payment requirements. Unless otherwise expressly included in the prize, the following are not included: Upgrades to first class, mileage redemption, alcoholic beverages, headsets (on flights with in-flight audio and/or video programs), merchandise or souvenirs, in-flight air-to-ground telephone calls and transportation to and from the airport.
